Professional Distribution Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and distribution of products by Lucrece Skincare (“the Company”) to authorized clinical partners, retailers, and distributors.
1. Professional Standards
Lucrece Skincare works exclusively with authorized clinical partners who maintain the professional standards of our brand. Maintenance of a business relationship is strictly contingent upon cooperation with the policies outlined herein.
2. Pricing Policy (UPP)
To ensure the best experience for our professional community, please adhere to our Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP). While you remain free to set your own final resale prices, the Company reserves the right to independently manage its distribution network. Advertising or selling products below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) devalues the brand for all partners and will result in the immediate closure of your account.
3. Satisfaction & Returns
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our formulations. If an end-user is unsatisfied with a product, the item may be returned to the Company within 30 days of purchase for credit or refund.
- Damaged Goods: Any Products received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a replacement.
4. Product Integrity
- Medical Claims: Distributors shall not make medical or therapeutic claims regarding the Products that have not been explicitly approved in Company literature.
- Storage: Distributors must maintain Products in a cool, dry environment. The Company is not liable for product degradation due to improper storage.
5. Authorized Channels
Products are for sale through physical retail outlets or approved clinical websites only. Sales on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Use of the "Lucrece Skincare" name or trademarks in business names or social handles requires express written approval.
6. Legal Protections
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Lucrece Skincare’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.
Indemnity: Distributor agrees to indemnify and hold Lucrece Skincare harmless from any claims arising from the Distributor’s marketing, medical advice, or unauthorized alterations to the Products.
